Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Anycubic Egypt (anycubicegypt.com) and your purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Products and prices
We sell Anycubic 3D printers and resins within the Arab Republic of Egypt. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We make every effort to display accurate prices, descriptions and images, but minor differences may occur; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
2. Orders and payment
After you place an order we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We accept cash on delivery and secure online payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability; if you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will be refunded in full.
3. Delivery
We deliver to all governorates of Egypt. Shipping is charged at checkout and varies by destination. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
4. Returns and exchange
In line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Defective products may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer; where the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover it. Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
5. Warranty
All products are genuine and carry the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable parts such as nozzles, build plates and FEP film.
6. Use of the site
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage it or impair its availability. All content on this site, including text and images, belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
